Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of this personalized made to order product we do not accept returns or issue refunds, but will do our best to fix the problem. In the case that there is an issue with the product, or should you have any issues with your order, please contact us here within 30 days of delivery and our Wall Nostalgia Customer Care will be in contact to help fix the problem. Please allow 48 hours time for us to be in touch regarding the item and offer a solution. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 30 calendar days from delivery receipt to contact us regarding issues.
